Paris Trip: My First Taste of Solids

Mommy waited until the trip to Paris before starting me on solid foods.  She wanted to have PoPo be a part of trying something new for me in Paris.  PoPo already bought some French baby cereal with fruits and grains for me.  She mixes about 4 teaspoons per day with the breast milk.  I actually like it!  So there is more to eating that just breast milk!

But I like something even more than cereal…

Real solid food.

PoPo and Mommy let me grind my gums on some apples and a baguette.  I must say, they both have some interesting flavors, but why can’t I just chomp down on them to get the real taste?  Oh, yes…I forgot, I have to grow teeth first.

  1. Hey BoBo — I love all your pics from Paris and got a good chuckle out of them. You’re so lucky to be traveling in style. But I’m kinda wondering, are you sure it’s the bassinet that was too narrow or was it something else?

  2. Enough of the chubby jokes, Aunt Gi. I have my appointment in a couple of weeks and we’ll see if I’m still > 80th percentile. (P.S. Thanks for teaching Mommy how to spell “bassinet.”)

  3. Uncle Calvin — In case you haven’t noticed, Mommy has a mild case of Tourrette’s. At least she sugarcoated her comments w/r/t BoBo. With me, she’s merciless!
