Lining Up My Animals

This little Melissa & Doug wooden safari puzzle has proved to be worth every penny!   Mommy got this for me when I was about 1 year-old thinking that it would be just a good puzzle.  After I mastered the puzzle, little did she know that it would become my “zoo.”  I take my “zoo” everywhere with me, including into my bed.  I also like to line them up several times during the course of the day.

I am very particular about how the animals should be — the animals have to be lined up just right.  This means they have to be upright, in a row, and just the same distance apart from each other.  Mommy has taken a collection of photos of my different ways of lining them up:

I also like lining up other animals and critters:

Mommy hopes I will be just as diligent about organizing my room when I am older!
